1. What data do we collect?
When you place an order, sign up for our newsletter or contact us, the following data may be collected, among other things: name, address details, telephone number, email address, payment details, IP address, order history and any communication via email or social media.
2. Why do we collect this data?
We use this data to process and ship orders, provide customer service and personal pond advice, handle payments, send the newsletter if you have signed up for it, improve the website and comply with legal obligations, such as tax regulations.
3. How do we protect your data?
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data. Data is stored on secure servers and is only accessible to those who need it to carry out their work.
4. Do we share your data?
We do not share personal data with third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil your order or to comply with legal obligations. Think of our web shop platform Shopify, shipping partners, payment providers and the Dutch Tax Administration. Where necessary, we have concluded data processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data.
5. Retention period and cookies
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We keep order and invoice data for the statutory retention period of seven years. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted (insofar as permitted by law), to object to the processing and, where possible, to have your data transferred to another party.
