Giveaway terms and conditions

1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised by Bisoko, Boven de Wolfskuil 3, 6049 LX Herten, the Netherlands (hereinafter: Bisoko), who can be reached at info@bisokoaqua.com. The giveaway is a promotional game of chance to promote Bisoko’s koi food and pond products and complies with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance 2014.

2. Duration and draws

The giveaway runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027 inclusive. There are 12 monthly draws: in the first week of each month, from December 2026 to November 2027, one winner is drawn from all valid entries up to and including the last day of the previous month.

3. Entry

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You enter by filling in your email address in the giveaway form on bisokoaqua.nl and accepting these terms. By doing so you also sign up for the Bisoko newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time.

The giveaway is open to persons aged 18 and over living in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or France. One entry per person and per email address is allowed. Your entry takes part in all subsequent draws until you have won a prize. Employees of Bisoko and members of their household are excluded. In case of abuse, such as multiple entries or false details, Bisoko may exclude a participant.

4. Prize

Each draw has one prize: 6 buckets of Bisoko koi food (10 L) of your choice from Staple, Wheat Germ, Grower and Top Koi Boost, also mixed. The value is € 221.70 to € 359.70 (recommended retail price incl. VAT), depending on the varieties chosen. The total value of all prizes is at most € 4,316.40.

The prize is shipped free of charge to an address in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or France. The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Winners of draws held before the launch of the web shop (expected spring 2027) receive their prize at the launch. Any gaming tax is paid by Bisoko.

5. Draw and announcement

The winner is drawn randomly and impartially by a computer-based draw. Bisoko informs the winner by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize lapses and a new winner is drawn. Bisoko only publishes the winner’s first name and place of residence with the winner’s consent.

6. Privacy

Bisoko uses your details only for this giveaway and for the newsletter. After the giveaway we do not keep participants’ details longer than necessary. More information can be found in the privacy policy.

7. Complaints

Questions and complaints about this giveaway can be sent to info@bisokoaqua.com or to Bisoko, Boven de Wolfskuil 3, 6049 LX Herten, the Netherlands. We respond within 2 working days and aim to resolve a complaint within 14 days.

8. Other

In unforeseen circumstances Bisoko may change or end the giveaway, without disadvantaging participants. Changes will be announced on this page. Bisoko is not liable for damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize, except in case of intent or gross negligence. This giveaway is governed by Dutch law.
